BETHANY WARD

With over 20 years in global hospitality sales, marketing, and distribution, Bethany has shaped revenue strategies for some of the world’s most recognized hotel brands, including Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Wyndham, and IHG. Her career has been defined by transforming hotel distribution models, increasing direct channel performance, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Before founding Ward Hospitality Solutions, Bethany held senior leadership roles at Playa Hotels & Resorts, where she spearheaded a digital transformation, launched the company’s first website, and developed global OTA and wholesale distribution strategies. She also drove 120% revenue growth in the Caribbean market at Bookit.com and helped Occidental Hotels increase its online revenue share from 12% to 23% through innovative account management and direct channel expansion.
